Welcome to Our Family Ancestors website.

This site was created to share the stories, photographs, records, and discoveries that bring our family history to life. Drawing on more than three decades of genealogical research, it explores the lives of the families connected to the Drake-Hunter, Clark- Rowland, Parent-Rogissart, and McDonald-Sinnott family lines. Beyond names and dates, these stories seek to place our ancestors in the context of the communities, events, and challenges that shaped their lives.

The website is an extension of an ongoing family history project that has documented more than 6,000 individuals and produced dozens of narrative family stories. New articles will be added regularly, highlighting ancestors, military service, migrations, family traditions, and other pieces of our shared heritage. The goal is to preserve these stories for future generations and make them accessible to family members, friends, and anyone interested in the history of the families featured here.
